Diana Jenkins works with multiple foundations and organization to raise money to support human rights. She has organized and hosted many fund-raisers for the Elton John AIDS Foundation. She established the Jenkins/Penn Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO) to provide relief for thousands of Haitians at the Pétionville Camp in the immediate aftermath of the earthquake. She supports the ongoing reconstruction efforts in Haiti through contributions to The William J. Clinton Foundation’s Haiti Fund. And she has been active in fundraising for aid projects for the people of Darfur.

On March 7, 2010, Diana Jenkins and Neuro, her line of active-lifestyle drinks, sponsored and co-chaired the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party on March 7, 2010. The event raised $3.7 million for AIDS research. In October 2009, Diana co-hosted with Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon the launch of Project PEP in support of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
